Ashtarte the Phoenician goddess of love and war -- with the qualities of both Aphrodite and Athena!
I like the Egyptian Bastet as well. Goddess of pleasure and cats, very luxurious!

Tricky- I like both Hanuman and Anansi, those clever Indian gods... out of the Japanese guys, Amaterasu is a big name, but probably I'd go for Tengu, the goblin... another smart dealer...

Medea. She was raised to a status of the goddess adn was worship along with Hekate - the goddess of night and sorcery. I like Medea because she is so courageous, crazy, and self-denying.
