I think it is a bit of an old wives' tale that a swan can break your arm. I know they are large and powerful birds but I'm quite confident in my belief that if I was attacked by a swan, I would have put it's head on back to front and therefore, quite catergorically broken it's neck, long before it could stand the most remote chance of breaking my arm. I've got two arms, it's got one neck. It stands no chance.
But is it still, like treason or something if you kill a swan? Or have I got all of this wrong, and should be ignored? And hung?
