By its very nature, there is no 'true' information of mythology. There are many good writers. I suggest you go to Amazon, type in Greek mythology and read the reviews.
You have to be careful though because each generation lays its own belief systems and prejudices over the mythological stories and interpret them differently. So you have to be able to separate the story from the messenger.

Bulfinch's Mythology, the Age of Fable
(However, he refers to the myths more from standpoint rather than the Greek, which is the one I prefer.)
The Complete World of Greek Mythology by Richard Buxton
(probably, best shot...)
You can also go online and find multiple places with myths...
But your best shot is to look in a library...hope this helps!
