i've been searching for a few advance tarot decks to give to a friend as gift. she is an advance user, who actually turned me from a non-believer into a believer. she was so accurate that it almost scared me. in fact, i want to believe that she has super natural power. she can do things beyond cards and stars.

i told her that i want to get her a couple of special decks as birthday gift. i do know that she already has the rider waite deck, and that while she believes it is a good beginner deck, it will no longer due for her.

can someone recommend me some advance decks that will not cost me an arm and a leg? i saw this da vinci tarot cards at a local bookstore. not sure if it was trying to ride the da vinci code gravy train, or if it is really a deck worth buying.

please help. much appreciated. thanks in advance.

Hi. I have read a couple of books on elves and I'm interested in writing short stories of elves as a hobby. My problem is creating different names for my elf characters, whatever is a wood, high or dark elf. If anyone know any websites that provide names with its meaning or any ideas in creating elf names, that would be helpful? Thanks.

If ghosts are real, why wouldn't they walk the street during day time. Why wouldn't they appear in public, rather than cornering someone alone in a dark alley.

Are they just manifestations of our fear of the unknown.

Since we aren't clear what's around when we are in the dark or at less frequented places like forests, old buildings etc.., we get scared when we are there and start imagining things!

Okay DO NOT bother telling me anything about going to hell or that you don`t believe this stuff because you`ll be wasting both my time and yours. Is there really any prophicy or anything like that that would suggest there is really a power of three or "Charmed Ones"? If so tell me everything you know about them and I mean EVERYTHING!! my mother told me of a story once that happened to her when we were growin up in our home country of haiti as most people know haiti is know for its voodoo culture, once when my mother was a young women in the very early stages of pregnancy she met with a young women whom had always been jealous of her and told my moher she would get even with her so one day my mother was comming from a weddin she was about 4 weeks pregnant this girl along with her sister hid as my mother passed the bush they came out and threw tea mixed with black coffee grounds onto her body my mother turn way from them so as the mix would not hit her tummy are face but instead hit her back, behind and back thighs they did said some cantation to her after she had her baby the baby girl was marked with huge blackish splashes on her back, butt, and thighs it looked like she had been burned its there till this day now my mum believe?? whats ur veiws on this subject? any experiences with this

I had always loved the boss's secretary, Muriel, but thought she was way out of my league. But when Muriel came up with 567 candles on her birthday cake, then broke down and said she was even older than that, was a 600-year-old vampire, and had sucked everybody in the office but me, including the boss, and now lusted to taste my fluids, the personnel manager overheard our conversation and turned pale. "You put age 20 on your job application!" he yelled. I reacted with sheer horror, then the boss walked in and said, Yes, the secretary had sucked him, thank you, and what was some miserable little **** of a personnel manager going to do about it? I said I didn't believe in vampires, and then you know what he did? He bared his fangs and bit me on the neck, said, "There! That'll fix you! Don't be a prude, join the crowd." Do you turn into one from one little suck? I like my boss, but won't go to any more of their sick parties! Becoming a vampire could affect my whole future.

Last night I dreamed with my grandfather who died six years ago. I loved him more than I love my parents. I don't know if this means something. I dreamed that he died and my mother, my grandm and my grandpa's father were preparing to embalm him on the stairs of an orthodox church ( we are protestans ). I was having the same age I had when he died and I was riding my bicyle with my cousin, my best friend to a boy who has the house by the church. The persons went from the body, and my grandpa rised on his feet and started to talk with a member of the church ( my granpa was the leader ). I run to him and I asked him how he is alive and he said he's done so much efforts to see me again. Then, we went home and my grandma kissed him lightly, then he hugged me and I asked him if he would rise his nephews as he promised. Then, I awaked.

I am a tottaly normal girl and I keep having the same kind of dream every night

2 nights ago- I had a dream i was at someones house (don't remember who and don't remember the people) I was sitting on a sofa and the cat started warming up to me but i tried to pet it and it just kept getting meaner and meaner till i had to hold it with both hands awya from me cause it just kept trying to attack me. no one else seemed to care.

Last night - I Had a dream I had a bunch of baby penguins in my room and they were all cute and fuzzy and my family like took them in cause they were in trouble. the big penguin was getting cuddly with me and then started to like get weird so i ran all though my house and it was chasing me until i locked and hid behind a door.

I am not an animal freak, I don't go about thinking of animals. Why do I keep dreaming this werid stuff? Does it mean soemthing?
