My friend and I were trying to make up a fun made up language. haha like pig latin....but we didn't like having the exact same sound on the end of every word. Do you have any ideas of ways we could twist the english language...kinda like pig latin.

Esperanto is a language created over 100 years ago designed to be an easy to master second language for the world. E.g. 'La suno brillas' means 'the sun is shining'. The vocabulary is taken from the main European languages and the grammar is virtually non-existent.

Despite a varying amount of popular support, it has never been endorsed by any government. My question is that were this question put to the public, how many people would vote to add Esperanto to the curriculum of schools around the world?

I live in a big house in Lewes with a big garden. Lewes is very nice and historical but boring. It is near Brighton, i prefer Brighton because it's more lively. Lewes is in the south of England in the countryside, beside a river. I used to live in Brighton which was good. My house is nice and i love my bedroom because it's calm. In the future I want to live in the city. I'm going to buy a nice house.

Ok, after asking the question why should my 5 year old be taught Mexican if she is of slavic decent, I was corrected (which was totally cool) and told numerous times it is Spanish. But my friend from Spain can't understand a Mexican as well as my friend who speaks Italian. I know the Spaniards invaded Mexico and the Mexicans took on a lot of the Spanish culture. Tortilla isn't Spanish nor Italian. I called the Mexican language Mexican because it is their language. Is it an insult to call it Mexican?
