From what I can find on Amazon, that's the only Macedonian Grammar readily available. For much of the 20th century, Macedonian was a "forgotten language" by English-speaking linguists since it was overshadowed by Serbo-Croatian in Yugoslavia. The part of the world where it is spoken was hard to get to for study. The same is true, for example, of Ukrainian and Belorussian. Within the next decade you can expect to see more grammars written of these forgotten Slavic languages. Keep an eye out on the Routledge publishing company. They have been producing many good grammars over the past decade of languages that have a few million speakers, but no good grammar in English.

EDIT: Solun (two answers below this) is totally wrong. The Macedonian language is a Slavic language and has NOTHING to do with the Rosetta Stone. The Rosetta Stone had Ancient Egyptian and GREEK inscriptions--no Slavic anywhere. The modern Macedonian language has NOTHING to do with Greek or Alexander the Great or ancient Macedon.

This is a grammar of modern Slav-Macedonian. Slav-Macedonian is a Bulgarian dialect! It has nothing to do with the ancient-Macedonian which was a Greek dialect!
Still in authentic-Macedonia of Greece there is a Greek dialect of Macedonia (Greek-Macedonian)
An excellent answer was given by Taivo below!!! It is really the best answer given by an expert!
