I am a very old and decrepit a uni student and I need to write a stage play. Mine centres around a 14 year old girl from London but being so elderly I have no idea what slang terms teens use today. Can anyone help?

PS i'm not that old really! im 26. I just don't know any teenagers.

example: if team was monjeur in french and je is i. ( i am aware that that doesnt mean team in french)

...why does he/she put on a stupid accent in an ignorant attempt to make him-/herself clearer? Surely you'd be much better understood if you just spoke English with an English accent, just like German is better understood in a German accent, and French in a French accent...

Perhaps its just a statement used in the south, but I've heard people say: "Guess what?" and you reply: "Chicken squat behind the washpot."
I have not idea what that means or how it answers the question 'guess what'.
