I was thinking about sending flowers to my husband's office for Father's Day, but my step-dad thinks it is inappropriate to give a man flowers. So what do I send? A Jigsaw?

Keep in mind the amount of money a 12 year old has and the inappropriateness of a macaroni picture at this age - although making something is not out of the question!

I'm usually very good at picking out gifts, but I'm all out of ideas this time around. Buyings things for my father is pretty much a no-brainer because he is a movie buff, and is handy around the house. But it's a little bit more difficult to figure out what my father in-law might like. He likes to travel, especially to places of historical significance. He's a traditional meat and potatos guy, but doesn't drink or smoke. He likes to watch sports, especially soccer. And dresses conservatively, but doesn't wear ties often. Any ideas? My budget is $50 or less.
