Wasn't the day a welcome relief from politics? Are you ready to scream if you see another political ad on TV?

Last night there were so many moms bringing around babies dressed up for trick or treating. These kids were cute as hell....but they could barely walk...and some were in strollers. They couldn't even get the candy out of the bowl I was holding...the mom had to pick it for them....they were just standing there drooling on themselves. What is up with that? These babies don't give a crap about Halloween! They won't even remember! I can see maybe dressing your kid up and taking cute pictures...but why take them trick or treating? And what is up with these big *** teenagers ringing my doorbell? They would take the biggest handful they could and run off, usually without saying thank you! I thought trick or treating is for kids....not babies...not teens....but then again, I am not a mom...so maybe you could shine some light on this for me. Thanks!

There were these kids riding threw my neighborhood quite a few times. One was riding on the door(with window rolled down)with a hugh carton of eggs. They were throwing them at houses and cars. I called the police. I believe in karma and I know that this is gonna come back on me. If they were just rolling someone's yard I wouldn't have said anything. But eggs can do alot of damage. Was I wrong? Now I feel really bad about it.

I love it. I love handing out candy. I am in Edmonton now and it so cold and there is snow on the ground, so we didn't have many kids. How was yours?

The most that I got from trick-or-treating were Kit-Kats, with Reses comming in a close second.

Why can't Halloween be about kids dressing up and having fun? I had religous people going around asking us if we wanted to talk about Jesus. What does Jesus have to do with Halloween? I know there are some people who practice pagaenism but the majority of people and kids are just having fun.
