How many people a year actually get poisoned from Halloween candy?

There are 3 categories that any candy can fall into- Chocolate, Gummy/Chewy, and Hard Candy. Can anyone think of a candy that doesn't fit under one of these categories?

last year i went through most of my candy and was left with only a few left over. This year i was ready and got alot to be prepaired for the masses. they didnt come. i got a bunch of little kids and a couple friends came to the door at 4-5 but then they stopped. my mom also said that when i left (she took over for me because i had plans and wanted to keep my house open so it wouldnt get egged) she got only 2 people. where did everybody go? was it the same way for you too?

i think that it is silly & dangerous, i live in San Farancisco, and in the castro there is a HUGH block party (like over 100,000 people) for adults to go and party, well last night 10 people got shot there!!!!

why is it ok for adults to go around drinking & partying with masks on?? doesnt that seem just a bit dangerous??? i can understand if they want to dress up to take their kids out, but isnt it just a bit silly to get all decked out for no reason at all.... except to be really drunk?? (Maybe im just bitter that people went on a shooting spree)...what are your opinions???

People act like they will have to get their kids therapy later in life if they let them trick or treat or like they are going to go to hell, i don't get it.

It was posted 6-8pm and I thought that was something at the building. But it was actually a command/suggestion. Kids went out at 6 and it all died at 8. I'm in Rural PA. AND was not like this the last 3 years we've been living here.
SO... Now I'm curious how it is everywhere else. (I still have tons of candy left!)

And they did it during the 10 freakin minutes that I fell asleep watching tv. Woke up and saw white toilet paper all in the trees right outside the window ! But then it started pouring down rain and it washed it all away in a matter of minutes... ha ha now the joke is on the prankster ! lol

yeah...lol..i was a sexy dead party girl for halloween. i know i went a little overboard with the fake blood, but i had a blast...and i looked GREAT..i was a hit...anyhoo, yeah how can i get the blood off my face???? i tried rubbing alchol, it faded it off my neck...but my face? i dunno....please any tips??? (besides not useing that much blood next year) lol. thanks
