That's almost impossible - which is why it's a good idea to wear old, disposable clothes for a Hallow'een costume. An easy way to make fake blood is to add a dozen drops of red and half that number of blue food coloring to a cup of Karo syrup - the colorless variety. But there's no guarantee it won't stain fabric permanently. If you shop one of the larger costume shops, like the excellent Dougherty's on Erie Boulevard in Syracuse, N.Y., you can buy theatrical blood by the quart - but it also says right on the label it is likely to stain certain fabrics. So again: don't wear clothes that you don't want stained on Hallow'een.

my daughter had a fake blood las tnight. she cried coz she can't take it off. she tried soap, wipes but nothing work out until i told her to use my St. Ives apricot radiance cream cleanser. she was happy to see her face clear and woke up the next morning smiling checking again her face int he mirror. she goes to school relieved. so give it a try. Another one is arm and hammer all-in-one toothpaste(whitens). use a wet cloth then rub it with the toothpaste gently to your face for a couple times by rinsing the cloth then rub to yoru face then rinse and apply it with the toothpaste again . good luck.

try vinegar, it should scrub it off without distroying your skin. If not use hydrogen peroxid.
