I would wear what makes you feel good. I'm assuming you'd want to wear a dress that doesn't go too low, but then you'd be looking at a formal skirt. You want to take into consideration the decorations/colors and ambiance of the party. What your brothers' wife will be wearing. Is their a certain look for the party? You don't want to look better than the bride lol. Stick to what makes you feel good.

Take a dress and attach some kind of reflective material to it. . . The lights/objects around you will shine off of it, and you can be a kaleidoscope!
