in class we got an assignment to write a 2 page (double spaced) story about what witches do on November 1st (the day after halloween)......we have to present this story tomorrow in class in a creative way can neone help me think of a story? if u dont have time just give me an idea but i would really appreciate the whole story!!!(grade 8)

As 1st november is ALL Hallows, or All Saint's Day, what about an illustrated story of a group of witches who knock on people's doors, dressed in their very best clothes and do "chore or present", but where it is the witches who do the nice thing, or give the homeowner a gift?
See, sort of Halloween in reverse.

I'd say they mostly recover from Hallowe'en. You know, put the candles away, hang up the broom.
Try to think about cleaning up Hogwart's. What would that be like? Maybe plan out spells to do until next Hallowe'en.

rest, go shopping, clean house, take their witch clothes in to be cleaned.
