Gold bangles or armbands, this is not the time to be minimalist
You could get a black braided wig (your local joke shop should have one) then just wrap some twisted gold foil around the top of your head like a tiara (or you could just forget the tiara, people will know who you're supposed to be)
Then you could wear a simple white dress and make a big collar out of card and stick fake jewels onto it. Good luck

I'm a guy and I agree with you completely. I value love far more than I do lust. Do things together as friends, then work on a romantic relationship. Do you enjoy the same foods, hobbies, concerts, music and theater? It takes time and effort to find out if you are compatible or not. Personally, I like the wonderment and anticipation of a possible romantic relationship.

Her headdress is gold. Goes round the head with a small snake on the front with beads at intervals going down round the back.
Shoulder length black hair with fringe.
Wear black with gold accessories. (Big gold cuff bracelets)
As long as you have the head gear and make up correct (especially the eyes - very black and shaped) everyone will know who you are without spending lots of money.
