I thought this was the party. You mean it's not?????? I have been having a good time.

Why get all dressed up when you can stay home and be comfy? The fire in the fireplace is roaring and we are roasting marshmallows for smore's & getting tipsy.

Got to go now because the old man is nibbling my ear and telling me it is time for bed. My party is moving now.

Besides in 30 minutes it will be all saints day.

Have a good night. Got to go..............

Yes, it is sad if you had the option of partying instead. If you had nothing to do, then no, it's fine...but if someone invited you to a party and you didn't go, then yes, it's sad.

Unless you're at home with your child/children like me...then it's acceptable.
