Urban myth. Who knows what some of them get up to, though?
I went for a walk at dawn (when it was still dark) the morning after Halloween night and my walk took me past an isolated section of housing and I heard like chanting coming from this house being built. I s-hit you not, it was 4:50 in the morning and there were people chanting and s-hit in an unoccupied house I walked past. It was in a sort of isolated area and away from other houses so it was kinda freaky. Satanists maybe?

Satanists don't celebrate Halloween. There may be groups out there doing that kind of thing who claim to be Satanists though. At the same time, there have been many serial killers who claim to be Christian.
