I stopped when i was 12 but tonight i got invited to go with a group of people to a haunted house and we ended up going trick or treating to a few houses (14 now) but we saw people in their 20s....
But anyway, i think its a little weird if the person is out of high school

The best age is about 11 to 12... Once you get to that age parents don't really supervise you so much when you are trick or treating and thus you begin to learn that egging houses and cars and people is fun.. Also dumping bowls of candy into your bag when someone leaves a whole bowl out-- haha good times --- a good time to have the middle schoolers stay in the house and play video games.. not go crazy

give me a break. I hate seeing people in their 20's knocking on my door with no freaking costume. I feel like closing the door on their faces. If you're in high school already you are too old to be trick or treating

I stopped when I was 16, 'cause all the old people were like "Aren't you too old to be trick or treating?" I was all dressed up too, I spent a fortune and several hours on my costume (a geisha).

My parents made my sister, brother and I stop when we became teenagers so 13... I will probably do the same thing with my son... I think 13 years old or withing a year or two of 13 is a good age...
