Yeah I know it's more than a month away, but I wanna plan ahead. Me and my girlfriend are both 17, I dunno if she'd prefer to be taken out to dinner or what. She's not really high maintenance or anything, she likes simple things. I'm planning on at least getting her flowers, some chocolates (might be cliche, but I know for a fact that she loves chocolate), and a handwritten poem for sure.

What do you guys think I should add?

Do you think, for valentines day, that it would be super cute, to write out a bunch of little messages n put them in balloons.. n have your boyfriend pop them all to find the messages?

and if you think yes. should there be a little container there that he can keep all of the little messages in? or what..
any hints or ideas..?

So I been thinking alot about valentines day (and my husbands bday which is day before) but my brain is out of order i think! I'm wanting to decorate my husband and I's bedroom kinda sexy and intimate but I cant come up with any good ideas but the rose petals idea. That or just do something sexy doesnt have to be the bed room!! Whats some good ideas????

Certainly before new Years is too soon. July fouth is way to late. I usually have 'em down before the superbowl, but I kind of like looking at them. They are a bright spot in our drab New England winter. Is there any "rule" as to when christmas lights and trees be taken down? Thanks!
