I NEED GIFT IDEAS PLEASE.. By then it will be a little over 4 months that we have been together for.. I have some ideas but i would love other suggustions

Just how close are you two?
If there's been physical intimacy, then I have the perfect Valentine's Day gift for you. It's romantic, sexy, but NOT nasty or slutty. Hit my avatar and e-mail me an addy I can e-mail to you.
If you're not to that point, then I suggest a pair of tickets to his favorite sporting game. Go with him. Learn some of the lingo beforehand so you don't have to interrupt his pleasure with silly questions (unless he's the type who LIKES fielding silly questions, of course).
Bake his favorite cake, pie, cookies, whatever. Ice it/them with a heart and a love message. (Don't make it sloppily sentimental)
Give him a gift card to a men's wear store, hardware store, sporting goods store or even office supply store. Make it for at least 25 dollars.
The important thing is, make it romantic if you must, but NEVER, NEVER make it sentimental or mooshy. Personalize the gift by giving him something that says, "I understand what kind of person you are, and I like that that kind of person is you!".

Why not get him something light hearted like Valentine's Boxers and a box of candy. Valentine's is supposed to be a fun, romantic holiday. Keep it playful!
