My dad is Jamacian and Dominican and he has a strong accent and we talk in our accents at home. I love my accent but it always pops up when I get angry or sad.

The issue of Hijab is a controversial issue these days. In many European countries, Hijab is banned in school colleges and the workforce. However, the US and Canada are very tolerant. You never hear of anyone banning hijab in US and Canada. I have great respect for the US and Canada. It shows how rights are respected. Think about it. If they have no problem with it than why should Europe complain. It is not like those Hijabis are harming anyone. Banning the hijab is violation of rights which Europe needs to understand

I have heard this quote many times from several of my family members. Everyone in my family excpet my mom are opposed to me having a relationship with anyone who isn't Black. My mom is very open-minded and she says he's good as long as he treats me like a queen that I am. This makles me mad because my dad has had several white girlfriends after my mother and he has said things like Black women aren't good enough and they are not attractive and doesn't like dark skin. This has made me resent him because I feel like he's saying that I'm not good enough or pretty because I'm dark.My dad is dark light Wesley Snipes and my Mom has a beautiful cinnamon shade to her.While I have a copper shade. My dad currently dates a fair-skinned Black woman. But he has told me that he would never allow me to date someone who isn't Black. This is a common attitutde in my family. I have alot ot Black pride, and love my brothers to death. But sometimes I fee like they don't love me back.

First of all: I'm not trying to offend anyone! If I offend you, you're only proving my point.

Well, lately I have noticed some people in my bus listening to techno loud enough to let the whole bus 'enjoy' it too. This may sound offensive, but it's always the people that follow 'lower' educations that don't think of the others.
I have an IQ of 135 and listen to old rock and I'm pretty open minded to other music too.
Most of the people I know listen to old rock, metal, pop, and pretty much anything else except music that goes 500 beats per minute and believe it or not, have a pretty high IQ too. They're all pretty open minded to other music tastes, but the people on my bus call me alternative, don't understand why I listen to such 'crap' and other things too (yes, I talk to some of them...)

So, is it me or is music taste related to the IQ?

have this guy..who flirts with me but he never really made an actual move,. so he told me that he finds me to be very attractive and to call him if I ever wanted to hang out or go to a movie.. but he's always questioning me about how come I'm always leaving when he comes and talk to me... so I thoughtwell he told me to call him if i ever wanted to hang out..so I made the first move and asked him to hang out.He told me that he would like to but it would have to be in a couple of weeks because he is broke....so I called him yesterday..and told him i was going to starbucks and if he wasn't busy after work, he could join me he told me that starbucks sounds good, however today wouldn't be too good since he's busy, and that we would have to meet up sometime next week..then I asked him if he wasn't interested would he tell me?

He replied that "if I wanna meet up with him that's cool" "But I can't say that I'm intrested in it be an ongoing thing"....and i thought to myself hmm..okay..I mean I wasn't trying to make you my man or anything.. and then I thought well you were the one that invited me out first, he invited me to workout with him, and to church..so I'm a litle confused..

I was just wondering if it is true that white people lived in the caves and hill sides of Europe for2000 years because black people wanted to punish them for causeing trouble in Africa. Also did God commison Moses, a black man to led the white people out of the caves and civilize them. So is there some truth to that Geicko commercial when the lady suggested that the cave man woke up on the wrong side of the rock.

If this is true whites should be far more respect for us.
