we can`t talk about sertine thing becuse we are lighter skinned there for we have no right to say or question anything that a darker skinned black person mite say about light skinned blacks.

but if your dark skin you can be proud of your dark skin and say words like the blacker the berry the sweeter the jucie.

why is it not ok for lighter skinned blacks to talke about being light skinned?but if darker skinned blacks can talke about being a dark skin black its ok no one will question you about it .

i have noticed first hand, that a large percentage of black boys and men will date white women for all the wrong reasons. the white women will put up with the abuse, will support them, will wait on them hand and foot. and allow them to run around. i am not asking this question out of stupidity, or trying to insult any one. please be honest with your answer.

I recently heard about teenager placing leeches in their mouths and other places on their bodies to get high. I have never heard of this horrible act. Would like any information that anyone has to offer.

Now that dances with wolves has lost its touch and rejuvinated itself to the islanders and african americans...Do YOU the white society think its cool to see a p.rican or an african american playing native and actually passing for one at the traditionalists pow wows? as a native I found this to be offensive,but too many white emcees dont want to ROCK the boat persayyyyy.they dont want to be sued so i was told at the last pow wow...What the hell ever happened to OUR ppl? any other natives feel this way?I no longer have a friend becos i got mad at her for dressing her illegal hubby up as a native an sent him into the circle to dance..to watch him was terribly humiliating for him...i felt bad for him..HE KNEW who he was...africans?dont you feel this way tooo?instead of trying to be whut YOU are not?

when i was in elementary school everyone was mixed up,then middle school people began having cliques based on there race,but noy everyone but in high school it seems like everyone is like that...
im asian and when i was in middle school i didn't hang out with asians,i hanged around everyone and people seemed happy to be my friend even though i wasn't mexican,black,white.etc.

I am not very excepted there. because most of the churchgoers my age are preps. i'm more of a punk. and i am a vegan and so every one thinks I am new age. but I'm not..and every has weird assumptions about me. I also have died black hair and i wear dark eyeliner every where I go. and, I where different types of clothes. I am not into brand name like they are. I want to be accepted for who I am.
One time I tried to be one of them..but i suffered from deppression because I wasn't being myself.
Do you think I should just be myself and meet some friends outside of church? I only have one friend who is really like me.
It is hard because I am also Homeschooled..so I don't get to meet people often. Only through soccer.

i've been doing some research and have discovered that we can not yet make jokes about black people or gay people without causing offence. Equality has not yet been reached, but we must keep making that effort so that one day i can ridicule and joke about anyone and everyone equally. I wonder what sort of response i would get if i made a joke about a gay black man?

However on a more positive note we can now make jokes about women and them belonging in the kitchen without causing too much offense, which is good!. It has long been acceptable to make jokes about christians but if you make a joke about a muslim you just get a tirade of abuse about how all muslims are terrorists (which of course they are not and just shows how far society still has to go).
