OK You've asked the same question like 5 diff times..get over it ur light skinned..be happy in your own skin and love it. It's not a bad thing it simply means there where some racial mixtures down the family line...no biggie

It's not okay but many people feel like they have the right to.
because Americans know that they have done wrong to other cultures so avoid saying anything harmful and those cultures who are victims don't feel like it's bad because they don't have a horrible past of cruelty towards others.

The same reason most people don't make fun of amputees. Most people believe dark skin is a disadvantage.

Cause everybody knows that a joke about a pale-faced Black can't possibly be true beacuse pale-faced Blacks are nearly perfect. We're talking perfect skin color, perfect hair, perfect facial features.
Now, on the other hand, if you make a joke about a dark-skinned Black then it's offensive because it's probably true & something they can't change.
