Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender - January 2007

Please don't get me wrong i have a brother who is gay and while i respect the fact that he thinks he's gay i wonder if it's true. I mean when a man and a woman come together they can create a baby. Fundamentally when two women come together nothing same goes for two men apart from the love thing. I just don't get it and i'm open minded in alot of things. If men were meant to be with men and women with women why wasn't just one sex created. I'm not a god fearing person either. I understand not everyone will feel the same way i do and i'm cool with that. I'm just curious as to what everyone else thinks.

Okay so I have 3 friends who share the same birthday as me 2/26/1983 and we are all gay or lesbians so it made me think...What if everyone born that day is gay....LOL Silly thoughts. But seriously what if there is a correlation between day of birth and sexual preference. To answer please be gay or lesbian and put your birthday including year and lets see if there are a lot of similarities!

I have been dating my boyfriend for 1 1/2 years and moved out of state to be with him as well as job opportunties. He says he loves me and doesnt want to lose me and I believed him. When we are together its magic....he even says he wants to have kids with me. I recently found out he was seeing a beautiful pre op transgendered woman for the same amout of time. She left him and I was left to console him after she left.....all this time I had no idea he was seeing her. He told me he didnt want me to leave him and still loves me. He says that is a part of him and he has accepted it. He thanked me for not freaking out...Inside I am and to this time he talks about our future. He is not into post op and male looking women. He says why cant he love 2 people. I recently seen 2 ads he has posted online saying he is looking for romance and feeld lonely when he is home by himself. What about me?....I love him and would marry him and have his children but what's going to happen between the ts & me?

So emo... what does it mean? is it a style of music or a way to dress. i only ask this because i believe its music... and my frends belive its a style or so they think they can make it one. which i dont see how you can dress emo considering it means EMOTIONAL! you cannot dress emotional. like if you were to dress suicidal. would you slice your arms up and show it off saying your dressing suicidal? its impossible. punk and goth prep and whatever else may be a style but they have been since like forever. how can emo change because of one persons opinions and jazz like that? i want what you think on this. am i right or wrong?

I have never had a girlfriend in my life but I have only been out since college started last semester. Still I have no girlfriend. What is the problem. Am I supposed to just go up and start talking to girls or what. I am not the type who will just go up to people and just start talking or the type that goes to clubs alot. What should I do differently? There are girls at my college that I know are gay but I think my lack of conversation skills makes me come off as a jerk or uninterested. I'm just curious how this happened. Is it still a huge problem in the gay community? Supposedly data suggests that AIDS is relatively isolated to these groups. I saw a snippet that said a black woman is 40 times likelier than a white woman to contract AIDS. Does anyone else have any data or insight into this phenomena? I'm being serious. I joke A LOT on Y!A but this time I'm really being totally serious.
