Having had a transgendered boyfriend (born a woman), I had no problem with it. Other than his "equipment", he was completely male in his entire personality.

Normally, when sleeping with a partner, I'd really like them to be dressed the same way they were when they were born - in nothing. The clothes tend to get in the way.
