Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender - January 2007

I'm talking about the kinds of women who are androgynous in they're appearance in a very manly sort of way. Thick manly body. Little or no hair. Talks loud with a threatening obnoxious voice. Dresses manly. A tough looking woman, like she could fight a tough guy and win.

I've seen men who date these women, & sometimes the women looks so masculine that it's difficult to understand what a guy would find sexually attractive in her. Even they're personality will be very manly.

Does it mean that some of these guys, are really attracted to men, but staying safe with manly women?

This is why I have a theory that it's not whether your attracted to men or women that proves your sexuality. It's whether or not your attracted to masculinity or femininity. Because we straight men aren't attracted to all women. Were only attracted to feminine women. We judge womens beauty or ugliness based on how much or how little masculine traits she has. Like a manly or feminine nose.

My friend who's older and straight who's on my soccer team is really nice and handsome more like cute though too. Anyway he doesn't know about me cuz no one does I mean I diodn't say it to anyone that I'm kind of gay, but anyway one day he said like a joke when 2 girls asked us in a bar if we were gay and he just laughed and said hell no but "if we were my pal here (thats me) would be the only dude or guy who could F-- my a--. ! Your a straight guy. Are you gay or bisexual if you:

A) See someone in the distance who looks like a pretty girl that you find attractive, but when you get close to prepare to greet this person, you see it's a angrogynous guy. You know for a fact that you were attracted to the feminine traits of this person that lead you to think he's a chick. Since it was a guy, does that make you gay or bisexual?

B) There's a guy that you know is clearly a guy. However he is so feminine in appearance (thin, dainty, long feminine hair) and effeminate in behavior (girlish laugh, moves around girlish), that he resembles exactly the femininity you find attractive in chicks. And you find that attractive, only, because he's a guy, the masculine qualities of him kills the attraction like an ugly tranvestite. Does that make you gay or bisexual?

I ask because I think people get confused by these feelings, but to actually be gay/bi, you'd have to desire their "same-sex" qualities. Your thoughts?

A recent news article I read has me thinking... the question of discrimination has again been raised. The government is debating the sexual orientation regulations, meant to outlaw discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation when accessing goods or services, and religious groups are up in arms, arguing that the regulations will force them to act against their beliefs.
Is it possible to please all of the people all of the time?
Where will it all end?

I am just wondering if old fashioned lesbians exist. I am 26 and pretty old fashioned, I believe in opening doors, I do not believe in letting my woman pay for me.

I belive in "Courting" women, bringing flowers, surprises, romatic things. But the women I meet want booty calls and hook ups.

I know when it comes to women my ideas are antiquated. I am 26 not 86 so this may sound strange coming from someone my age.

But I really want to know where to find a real lesbian lady.

I am currently at work and decided to ask a question regarding late night activities. WIth the exception of bars, there is really nothing to do in the late hours of the evening. I am in Chicago.
