After going through some of the questions on here, I can no longer look at this society through rose-colored glasses. I really thought the U.S. was on it's way to being color blind, but I guess not. How can I, as a sociology major , possibly see any reason to try to change a world that is still so backwords. It's 2006 and people, black, white, and hispanic, are just as racist as if it were 1906. What do we do now?
