I want to donate some money to a charity but I can't find any charities that accept PayPal. Any charity is fine, I know they're all for a good cause :)

Thanks

I led a team for a walk-a-thon last spring. I haven't heard from the organization since, even though I donated money. They sent me an email at the time to say thank you and that's it.
So, this question occured to me: do charities add to their mailing lists the names and addresses of people who donate to walk-a-thons and other events? Or do they feel that we are one-time donors, and we only donated because a friend asked us? Because it seems to me that they should contact me: why wouldn't they? Shouldn't I have some information in order to decide whether to give again or whether to be a team captain again?
Any details you can provide would be helpful, such as the name of the charity you supported and whether you got on the mailing list. Thanks!

I recently traveled to Slovakia to help a young lady I met online. Monthly income there is about $300 a month, if people can find a job. While in Slovakia, I enrolled this woman in an academy to learn a skill and bought her a computer to help her with her studies and to communicate better with me. I am also paying her an allowance while she studies. I have made her practice her written and spoken English skills to where she is very competent. She will have a diploma and a license to practice massage in two months. I would like to begin a foundation to help others like her in Eastern Europe. I have found that these are bright people with no future and no self esteem. All they need is a chance and someone who cares. I plan to train this woman to seek out other unfortunate souls and give them a chance to be better. But, it will take lots of money, so I am looking for a professional to help bring the funds into the foundation.

I live in the US, and have a stable job that pays well. I think Iwant to make it my career, but i've always wanted to visit other nations in the world. In particular I would want to contribute some of my time to help underpriviledge nations. My friend went to Guatemala (I think) with his church for only a few weeks to help them build houses and dig wells. He said it was one of the most fulfilling things he'd ever done. I think I'd like to do that for al onger term (six months to a year), but I don't want to leave my good job.

Has anyone ever done this? Are there ways to return to work? How could I get funding for my trip?

The council are not interested and refuse to take any action. There is an irresponsible neighbour who puts out food for them daily. They swoop and fly around squawking day and night. They poop over the car, the washing, windows and us. Is there a humane and leagal way to cull these pests?

PS I wasn't sure where to post this question, sorry if it's in the wrong section.
