contact your local church or county civic organizations. Seems like all these organizations (CARE for one) only aid foreigners.

lots of churches will pick a family or two each year to help out for christmas..I would check around..
Also you can call your local DHS and ask them for some recources

contact the local united way. salvation army or local churches. God bless you and I hope you get the help you need.
