Some better questions are: "Why aren't the other 26 African nations not getting involved with stopping this killing?" or "Why aren't the other 188 countries in the UN not getting involved in stopping the killing" or simply, "Why isn't the UN doing something about the killing in Africa?"

Because there is no monetary interest for them, if they cant make money from the country they do not bother. Its not like Iraq where there is an abundance of oil.
