it is called workers compensation and every company is required to have it by law. it is only available to you if you injury yourself while on the clock. hope this helps

It's Workman's Comp but not all employers have it. If they don't have Workman's Comp and you're injured on the job they either need to pay your medical expenses, you'll have to sue, or you'll have to turn it in on your regular health insurance. (FYI- If it's going to be billed under regular health insurance you might tell the doc not to list it as an on-the-job injury to ensure the claim gets paid)

That would be Workman's comp. Good luck and if needed get a good lawyer. You pay into Workman's comp with every paycheck.
