Some worked hard for it. Some got a windfall such as winning the lottery or an inheritance. Some were born rich. Some got it by dishonest means such as stealing on conning others out their money. Still others were able to invest wisely in the stock market and reap tremendous benefits. I'm broke also but have little hope of becoming wealthy. Most people work hard all their lives and still don't become rich. I don't have any relatives or friends with money. My conscience would never allow me to steal or con anyone else of their hard earned money. I know nothing about the stock market so even if I had money to invest, I'd be afraid of losing it all if I took a chance.
Despite all of this I feel like a very rich woman. I have a happy marriage of 33 years. I have 2 children who grew up to be kind, loving, hard working and devout. I have many friends whom I dearly love and who truly love me. And despite being poor, i have everything I need and then some. I have food on my table. Not just something to fill an empty spot but delicious food that, at times, would rival a gourmet feast. I have a wardrobe of clothing. Most of it is not expensive but I wear it well if I do say so myself. I have a home that, although badly battered by Katrina, is still standing. I doubt if many wealthy people are as rich as i am.

There are a variety of ways. In your case, you really need to pick up some marketable skills. Go to college or some sort of technical college to pick up skills. Even a 2 year degree can make a big difference.
Longer term, live beneath your means, that means living even cheaper than you are now, save money, stay out of debt, invest your savings wisely, buy a home.
The bad news is none of this is going to come easy. The good news is that it is within your power to do these things. You do it, and I guarantee you you will be much better of in 10 years.
Pick up a copy of Automatic Millionaire by David Bach and The Millionaire Next Door. I forget who the author is on the second book. You should be able to get them at the library. Read them and learn from them.

Look into investments, savings, inheritance (if any) most of todays high society have stocks, bonds, 401K, and have worked really hard at it. Go to or Stay in college, even if it's a simester at a time. These days an Associates Degree is about as important as a Highschool Diploma back 10 years ago.

This is the way I see it, obviously you have to find a way to make money...whatever way you find...be prepared to work 20 hours a day, 7 days a week at it. When you've got some money together, in order to be well off you will need to have accumulated enough to live off the interest. In order to be rich however, you will need enough so that you can live off the interest that the interest earns!
Good luck!

No noticeable skills right. To realise your true potential then get an education first. If not use your gumption and work hard. Your dad was wrong in giving you everything and now you are expecting riches to drop into your lap.
Sorry to be so brutal, but you know it's true.

What makes you so rich?Do you know a poor kid could be rich in there heart. Did your parents work hard to become rich or was richest given to them to? Either way you should be OK with your richest. Why do you want to change your image? Why should you.Your telling us about your fake friends don't you know poor kids have fake friends to. Its about choices. My kids are poor and we live from pay check to pay check. One check a way from going homeless but you know inside am OK. But I tell them over and over about fake people in the world. We all face that. I know its hard. In you being gay I would think that's harder to deal with. Until your old enough to deal with it. Have you ever seen the movie Clare's Heart. with woo-pi gaolbird and the kid who played Dr. Hosier. Its a great movie. Its about a boy who is rich and very lonely. And did you know in real life Dr.Hoosier is gay. You will be OK.

Originally their ancestors were involved the slave trade and then when this was stopped they turned to drugs, all the recent so called self made millionaires are drug dealers and importers so either buy some slaves or get into the drugs trade.
