Try your local Salvation Army or Toys for Tots or Shop with a Cop program in your area. Also, if you have children, try asking the school counselor or social worker. They will have info regarding this kind of information.

Happy Holidays : )

I find this rather amusing. It's December 14th honey. Christmas is 11 days away and you are first asking this question now? This isn't a surprise...christmas comes at the same time every year. If you have a low income, and you needed assistance, wouldn't it have helped to plan ahead? And you wonder why you are in the situation you are. I'm sorry if this is coming off as rude, but sometimes people need to hear the brutal honest truth before they seem to "get it". Next year, get your act together. If you need help and you know you are going to need help DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE to hit up the charities!

You can try your local department of social services and your local churches. You can also check with the American Red Cross and the Salvation Army. If it is your family in need, I hope you are able to find some help. If you are wanting to volunteer, good for you for spreading the Christmas spirit!!
