IS this a morality issue? Is it always "wrong", sometimes "wrong", never "wrong"?

Was there a need, some questions, ... something that faith was providing, that now you are filling with something not-religious ? Or someone who was helpful in giving you some reference, moral ground, that you are now looking for outside of religion ?
Like: sports, community, education, science, friends, chatting,
family, martial arts, getting more confidence in yourself, ... ?

As a learning experience, and NOT permanently, which religion would you switch with and why? Just pretend for a moment you MUST switch, only for a week, as a learning experience to better evolve your own religion.

Islam is the complete submission and obedience to Allah (God).
The name Allah (God) in Islam never refers to Muhammad (pbuh), as many Christians may think; Allah is the personal name of God.
What do Muslims believe about Allah?
1. He is the one God, Who has no partner.
2. Nothing is like Him. He is the Creator, not created, nor a part of His creation.
3. He is All-Powerful, absolutely Just.
4. There is no other entity in the entire universe worthy of worship besides Him.
5. He is First, Last, and Everlasting; He was when nothing was, and will be when nothing else remains.
6. He is the All-Knowing, and All-Merciful,the Supreme, the Sovereign.
7. It is only He Who is capable of granting life to anything.
8. He sent His Messengers (peace be upon them) to guide all of mankind.
9. He sent Muhammad (pbuh) as the last Prophet and Messenger for all mankind.
10. Allah knows what is in our hearts.
what do you think ?who is God ??

the laws of nature are the ultimate reality? The laws of nature are the abstract hidden reality that sustain everything, control everything. The scientists already have an ultimate reality in the form of these laws of nature. If you accept Science, then the essence of your God, as for anything else, is the laws of nature. God could not create the laws, because He could not have created His ultimate reality.

God is the awareness behind the laws. The laws and God have always been together. The scientists know little about the laws of nature, so they cannot disprove this view of God. The atheists amongst them will still say that there is no evidence and they will reject Him on that basis. However, there is at the least evidence that the laws of nature are structured within consciousness. This is a first step toward an understanding of God. The evidence has the form of a direct access within consciousness, through meditation, to laws that act directly beyond the physiology.

Ok first off - I am not a religious person, I was born into a protestant family, was confirmed when i was a teen etc. I am not against religion in ANY WAY. I personally believe that religion is the strongest motivation on the planet (one of the few things that a large number of people are willing and happy to kill or die for). I have a great deal of respect for those who have faith in anything, its an amazing thing to me that people can believe so much in something with no real proof or explanation, they just trust in it. Now, onto my issue with those of ANY religion. Why is it that the vast majority of religious people are unwilling or unable to even try to understand or respect the beliefs of others? Now I understand that some people feel it is their duty to "save" those that are on the "wrong path", its amazing to me that while a person may be shy and quiet about everything else, they have no problem what so ever looking down and becoming angry that others dont believe in "their"god

I understand that there are six and a half billion people alive today. What is the "magic" number that we have to hit before some religions realize that there are just not the resources to feed all these people, and that by denying their flocks aegis to use birth control, these churches are simply adding to the pain and suffering of all humanity?

"As discussed above, hominoid taxonomy has undergone several changes. Current understanding is that the apes diverged from the Old World monkeys about 25 million years ago. The lesser and greater apes split about 18 mya, and the hominid splits happened 14 mya (Pongo), 7 mya (Gorilla), and 3-5 mya (Homo & Pan)."

I see why people say that we share a common ancestor with modern day monkeys but we also evolved from primitive monkeys a long time ago. Just like we evolved from primitive protozoa some 3.7 billlion years ago. So stop staying we share a common ancestor with monkeys, say that we share a common ancestor with MODERN monkeys. That's I have to say.

Any comments?

Last summer a guy on a Harley pulled up next to me. He was wearing a short shirt. He also had on control top pantyhose with a diaper over them. When the light turned green he took off without saying a word. I was wondering does anyone know why a macho guy would be wearing pantyhose and a diaper while riding around on a motorcycle?
