Just go into your room, let it all out. You'll fell better if you just let it out and cry. It is never bad to release these pent up feelings. Try keeping a journal it may help, you to release you emotions!

if you re depressed and or filled with anxiety crying often as well all are bad for you,otherwise if you re simply sad over a single event,or if you re showing sympathy for others,or feel strong empathy then the emotion of crying can be good for you.

but wouldn't it be fun if you hold it longer as if you're just playing a game by yourself? then afterwards you can laugh at yourself..then you'll feel better...
