I'm seeing more inflammatory statements here everyday, and I'm guilty of the occasional rude remark also.

What I'm wondering is how honest you're going to be in answering this question, if indeed you choose to answer it at all.

No, I wouldn't want my mother to read everything I've written, although most of it is acceptable.

Plain & simple, I'm just honestly curious... No bashing from either side please. Putting aside some of the truly assinine and insulting questions often posted here, there are many fair-minded and thoughtful questions posted by "the other side." I'm just wondering if any of you have ever read a response to your question that has given you pause, even for a moment. A response that has made you say "hmmmm, that's interesting" even if it wasn't likely to change your mind (or maybe it has??)
