You could go dressed as a salt shaker with a knife. That wat you would be "assault with a deadly weapon".

My absolute favorite costume that I dressed as was Cleopatra. I don't believe in buying cheesy costumes at the Halloween stores, so I searched the stores for clothes & items that went with the theme. The most important thing was the wig, which I got. I also covered myself in in a sparkly, gold lotion to give myself that "egyptian glow." I also practiced a lot with the makeup, using heavy eyeliner, shadow, and mascara. For the jewelry, I borrowed my friend's gold, Indian jewelery with a heavy necklace and earrings that attached to the wig. The clothing can be as simple as a gold top & pants, or a dress. It can be as skimpy as you want, but I went a little more conservative b/c of the cold.
I got lots of compliments and it was original because I have never seen anyone else dressed as her or as authentic.
