I can not think of the correct word, i know labelled isn't quite it. BUT, does your religion have a name, or have you mixed up lots of different aspects from different religions and just tell people you believe what you believe and dont really have a label for it??

I believe in a nature type path, mother earth and respecting nature etc.... but i guess dont really have a title for it, its just what i believe?

i myself am not into being with someone unintelligent, but I must admit that THE GAME and latino/black guys who dress thug and act hard like that turn me on. what do you guys think the appeal is? i really really am into hard street types...even just to look at for eye candy, which gets me in trouble on the train sometimes (on the subway in nyc) as I am male!!

me an my friends got into graffiti less then a year ago..we think its a weay to express ourselfs and our feeling..some people think its just got to do with gangs and violence because there a crews.. the only thing crews are for is proterction against other writers and to get up as a family and not solo..what do you think? is graffiti good or bad?

I've put up numbers and alphabet posters in my grandbabies room, (who is coming to live with us) and I wanted to include on the posters how to pronounce the spanish version of the alphabet and numbers 1-10, so that she might possibly learn how to say them. I know how to pronounce them(numbers) just don't know how they are written!

IF GOD is not Real and His WORD is not TRUE, why do SO MANY try and prove He doesn't Exsist?

WHY would One try to Disprove SONEONE Who WAS NOT REAL? ? ?

(Romans 14:11) For it is written, "As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to Me, and every tongue shall confess to God."

(Philippians 2:10-11) that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of heavenly ones, and of earthly ones, and of ones under the earth;

Hi, I am reading a Sherlock Holms novel written by Doyle and Carr, and I have some questions.
The text goes like this: "My friend's accident (sprained his ankle) had been an unlucky one. Purely for the sport of it, he had consented to am impromptu glove-match with Bully Boy Rasher, the well-known professional middle-weight, at the old Cribb Sporting Club in Panton Street. To the amazement of the spectators, Holmes knocked out the Bully Boy before the latter could settle down to a long, hard mill. Having broken Rasher's hanging guard and survived his right hand, My friend was leaving the sparring-saloon when he tripped on those ill-lighted, rickety stairs which I trust the Honorary Secretary of the club has since caused to be mended."
What is a "hanging guard"? And whose right hand, Rasher's or Holms's? Is the secretary going to mend the stairs?
Please help me to understand. Thanks in advance.

I'm just curious, as both a reader and an author. I know that a lot of folks (me included) are tired of the same old stuff, and it always interests me when people have ideas for things they've not been able to find (I actually wrote my first book after being frustrated with not being able to find books on animal magic other than totem animal dictionaries!).

So--what kind of books do y'all want to see on the shelves that aren't already there?

My husband has been afraid to sleep at night.in the dark, he has to have a light on cause he says's he see's things. For the past couple of months, I'm not sure how often though, but he thinks of Satan out of no where. Saying his name outloud or in his head. He says he doesn't know why this is happening but he tries to pray but he still has this problem. I'm not sure if he's ever repented his sins, he's a catholic so he thinks only a priest can forgive him which I don't believe. Can you all help me pray for him to keep Satan at away. Thanks...Also, any other advice will help.

I caught this short film ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pI6H4tbBLh8 ) about a boy who suddenly finds himself a girl...and wondered, what would really go through the head of someone who is suddenly the opposite sex.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on how you might survive in the body of the opposite gender? What would you love? What would you hate? What do you think you could deal with? Would you conform to your new gender role, or would you continue to live the way you currently live? Would you date men or women? Could you handle sitting or standing up to use the restroom? Do you think you would be a better man / woman than most, simply because you were initially the opposite sex to begin with?

I'm switching to a Pagan religion that has no known date of existance. My friend got me interested. It is very, benlovent, hopeful, and raises self-seteem.

I am usually always in a gloomy state, and I thought that this would be a wonderful switch.

They realized that religion is getting a bad reputation (because of them) so they tried to lie and claim they're not religious. Soo false

Religion
Belief in and reverence for a supernatural power or powers regarded as creator and governor of the universe.

Catholics (who are Christians) got a bad reputation because of molesters so Christians tried to claim that Catholics are not Christians. Soo false.

Christians were claiming that Atheists are fools. When us Atheists started speaking out correcting lies and winning court cases, now they're crying out "They're attacking us"

k my boyfriend is from america, i'm from the UK. I'd pronounce Aaron as Air-un and that's what i've been using. However, I talk to my friends and family and it's changed into Arun. When he calls he pronounces it Erin, but if i say it like that his family say I'm doing it wrong. Which one should I be using? lol. Considering he is from the US so if I use the British way I'd probably be wrong.
