well accents in general are rather creepy, English is ment to be spoken with either no accent or an english one. if u mean sexiest language well thats all a matter of opinion. i think it also depends alot on the person. certain ppl can be quite smashing with an accent but then the same accent sends shivers when another person tries to pull it off.
