I am asking this Q because I am just curious. I know in church, they teach you that you will go to hell if you commit suicide.
But can there be exceptions for some people? For instance, for people who are in constant physical or mental pains (terminal illness, physical handicap, severe mental illness, trauma, etc.) and just wanna escape the pain?

I read about islam. Islam is very peaceful like christianity and we have many similarities and give rights to every body and restrict about rights. if you harm some one there is punishment. If in our modern society there are no rules then there are no rights. if we have rule that children cant smoke and drink alcohol but they can become gay or lesbian even we know its bad. if we know after drinking there are chances that someone can do mistakes and can harm some one or he can hurt himself. Then it should not be allowed and it is forbidden in bible but why these thing are taken away from bible to fullfill thier own financial needs.
Whenever we think about islam is hate but why as christians we dont think this is just a war of money not against muslims. Muslims did not do anything with 11 sep, everybody know now. We are in hands of media and very powerful group of people who have factories of weapons and alcohol. If we become real christians then who will buy those things for them.

This is an important question. If the former, then homosexuality may be regarded as a disease which, with proper treatment, may be curable. (At one point, researchers believed they had actually found the tiny portion of the brain that made people queer. It was an important first step and research is ongoing.) Once a cure is discovered, people who choose to be queer would be no different those who choose not to treat other mental disorders.

On the other hand, if being queer is simply a lifestyle choice, then it's not entitled to any legal protections. Just as you can refuse to insure, hire or rent to someone who drinks, smokes of uses illegal drugs, so you could refuse based on the individual's choice to be queer.

So which is it? Freak of nature? Or a personal choice?

Iraqi's are not familiar with the "Pledge of Aligence", They have one desire in Life, that is to lift Their "God", and put their moral, and sacred principles, "First". Could America learn something from the Middle Eastern Countries, Here in America we like to put up "facades", and other countries realize this. The Terrorist involved with 9-11, came to America to Kill, they found young women with no moral principles, that in fact aided in these Terrorist pursuit of Virgin's in Heaven. We are arrogent and misleading Our own Children when We behave as We know how to dictate Morality. As Christians we are told to Love One another, but even Jesus gave us whom Our Brother is "Who does the Will of My Father", who do you put "first", and how would you direct your children to project Christ's love.

How many partners is acceptable to society for a woman to have had? Is the number different from that of a male?

I see all of this stuff on television that seems to imply that nowadays it isn't uncommon for people in my age group to have sex with every person they date. I just wonder if that is a misconception, or if it really is acceptable to have that many partners as long as you are "safe" about your methods.

What are your thoughts?

My question is this, if The True Creator of this universe, the Earth and all its inhabitants made us in his own image. Than does it not become rational to think that because of our many wars throughout history and our constant, desire to fight and conquer. That the Higher Power is of a warring belief and tradition of its own, please do not answer with something like “war is the work of the Devil”. My question pertains only toward The Devine Creator itself. Many people say that this divine Creator had also created our entire universe. A new reality, as science is unfolding, is that there are many more universes out there, far beyond our reach. With this idea of multiple and vast amounts of universes in mind, does it now become wrong to think that perhaps God is at war with other Supreme Beings of other universes.
