Personally I think they are cheap bastards that don't want to spend money on Candy and Pumpkins and stuff.....sure its just a marketing ploy to get us to spend money, but DAMN IT...its fun, and kids love it!!! Have they forgetten what its like to be a kid?

i have a great idea for getting rich quick but i want to know what you people think i live in chicago between sox park and china town and a few blocks from my hose is a chinese christian church and all their serveices are in chinese so my idea is this go there and say i like this church but since i dont speak chinese i want all services in english or i will sue you for discrimination and if they say well there are 4 other churches within walking distance of here ill say no i want to come here so change to english or ill get my lawyer and end up owning this building what do you people think its a great iea isnt it?

if the one and only god (which is the same deity for all three religions) is allways watching over you then why do jews have to go to synagogues and christian to church and muslim to mosques surely such a being can here your prayers and worship wherever you are on the planet or even wherever in the universe. why does the world need such buildings and establishment if this is the case anything that can be done in any of these building could be done elsewhere such as in the indaviduals home or a townhall without the need for religious discrimination

I've always wondered what would happen if I, being female in the U.S., went to an Islamic country (i.e., Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, etc.)or what would happen to any woman from another country visiting an Islamic country and did not wear a birka or covering. Would I get killed/executed, arrested? Do the birka rules apply only to Islamic women? Or do they apply to non-citizens, non-Islamic women?

I heard something a long time ago about the fung-shi (sp??) of a house or building is incorporated into the basic design of the house. Even now in the cheapest of american houses, it's used. A woman told me that since my front door is facing my back door, that every good blessing that comes into the house just goes right out the back from the design flaws of it. I was just wondering if anyone else knows about these rules or the fundamentals to recognize when building or choosing a house. Oh and if you are an architect that designs houses, do you consider stuff like this?
