If you want to learn more english than you know, you just have to move to an english speaker country. Try to find work there, but if not suscribe to a school. Im pretty sure that in almost every country there will be english schools.

depending on what language you originally speaking, if it's written in Latin characters then i don't think you'll have much of a problem
but this is an effective way to learn:
1)read books in English, try to understand as much as you can, then check in the dictionary and learn new words
2)watch American TV shows with subtitle or caption and try to hear the pronounciation.
3)write in English everyday words, as much as possible until you get used to it

Watch movies in your native language with English subtitles. Watch the lips and mouths of the speakers to see if there is a specific way to say each word. (Lip reading is a good idea)
