It is common in third world countries for parents to entrust orphanages to care for their children while the parent maintains custody and visitation, particularly when the mother of the child has passed away and the only parent is the father who must work outside the home.

So when the father of a little boy in Africa signed papers for pop queen Madonna to provide for his son, he thought he would still have parental rights and would get his son back once the child was older.

Now Madonna has taken the child and there is question as to whether or not she will be giving the child back to the father in Africa.

What do you think the right thing to do is in this case?

I stumbled across this answer to another question on here:
"You don't unless you have faith and the only ones that have faith are those whom God gives it to. So pray and ask God for faith and if He does you will believe that it is truth."

This is the belief of at least one Christian. Are there other Christians that feel this way? If so, why?

If you don't have the faith to pray to God, then you will NEVER receive faith, if it is a gift from God that is granted only to those who ask. Does this work for anyone?

I am growing fond of the way Y! answers gets people talking.
My initial thoughts were that it is probably going to be used by big companies to get an inside view of consumer opinion. I'm still not convinced that this is not the case.

A friend of mine did this in a bar in the City. He wiped his ar@e with his boxer shorts and stuffed them behind the toilet bowl. He then came upstairs and complained (very loudly) to the manageress about what had happened. He demanded compensation for the embarrassment and inconvenience and she gave him 2 bottles of champagne and the money to get his suit dry cleaned.

So ive known my roomate for 5-6 years. I thought moving in together would be fun. But our personalities are too different. She can't be alone ever, shes dependent and clingy. She talks about all my other friends and she doesn't even know them. She gets mad when i dont hang out with her.
