It's a lot like someone saying "new and improved". It's a mindless distractor from the real issues.
Just because a bunch of people are jumping on (or off), doesn't mean that it's RIGHT for you to do so (ex: nazis, lemmins, Jonestown, etc etc).
New AND improved: If it's NEW how can it be improved. If it's IMPROVED how can it be new.

No. Fastest growing doesn't mean that it's right. It's like smoke and mirrors. Just because it's growning fast doesn't mean it's either good or evil.
Islam claims to be the fastest growing. Mormons claim to be the fastest growing. So what? Does that make either one of them true and faithful to God?

You have a point there. Besides if something is big in numerical terms it does not automatically imply that it is the best.
For example the population of India is 1 billion plus. This does not automatically imply that it is superior to say Japan with a much smaller population.
If you ask me, I would chose quality over quantity any time.

In human lingo or the lay means term... fastest growing mean increase in number or population but physiologically speaking if we are talking about growth as in science we use fastest growing species could either mean in height as in trees... but as far as viruses is concerned it may also mean in number of infected population... it all depends in the manner of sentence construction or how the sentence has been used but regardless it still means increase in number....

and it depends on how you measure.
doubling from 5 to 10 is a "faster" rate than from 1,000,000 to 1,001,000.
