To me Celtic crosses are very cool looking. Are they designed from the original cross under a different religion?

Zoroastirism was a major religion in Persia around the time of Christ's birth. The three wise men were high ranking advisors to a king somewhere in the Persian empire. They believed that a certain alignment in the skies around a very specific point in time would signify the birth of a king. It would be a monumental event. And to prepare for this they would travel a long distance to seek this king out and give him extremely valuable/ expensive gifts. It was a dangerous journey and they knew they could be robbed or killed by bandits anywhere along the way. They followed the skies as a map to finding this king. And the finally did. They found Jesus. And some historians/ theologians believe that Jesus may have been as old as 18 months when they finally arrived. In other words, they gave Christianity its validity. My source is an excellent PBS special that has been aired around in December for the past two years. I am an old history major from a large state university also.

I just turned 18 a few weeks ago, but I'm still in high school (I'm a senior). Nobody knows that I've had gay feelings, not even my best friends because I'm afraid of how they'd react.

I feel so lonely and depressed all the time about it and I need someone to talk to but I'm afraid my parents would be dissappointed. I've heard my parents say that they don't approve of homosexuality and that they think it's gross.

I've read about Gay/Straight Alliances in schools, but we don't have one at my high school. Does anybody out there have any suggestions?

I am in the understanding that Luther Reform and separation from the Roman Apostholic Catholic church cause a mass killing and that day was called the day of the saints (in German) and later changed and distorted into the word halloween.

Do you have to obey them when you're adults too? Or can you just respect their decisions whether you agree or not and go what is best for you.?

I understand using the bible as a guide to live life or whatever but don't think it's appropriate to constantly quote from it. I'm not perfect but nor is the person quoting from it. It seems that he's maybe one that talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk also.

So far all I hear is that Jehovas can't have blood transfusions, but why not??? If God's greatest gift to humanity is the gift of life. What are you afraid of, maybe some disease or what? please somebody enlighten me on this beacause I think Jehovas are just being selfish to humanity. One more thing, I think you have surpassed yourselves with your limit onto His Kingdom (144,000) where do you come up with these numbers? I Would really like to have somebody tell me Perferably a Johova.......

A Missouri judge gave a woman probation in a forgery case but told her if she gets pregnant and has another child out of wedlock she will go to jail.

She was also ordered to do community service, pay restitution and go back to school and acquire her GED or high school diploma.

Your thoughts?

**note: after leaving the court the woman told the media that she had already had an operation after the birth of her third child to make her sterile.

Enjoy your little laugh.
I’d be very afraid if I were you. There are federal laws against computer crimes and I will find out who did this. So don’t be surprised if you, your lap dog Pablito, and that twerp Southpaw get hauled into court.

What is more, you do realize that you as a non-believer have no jurisdiction to judge me? All you will do is call down God’s judgment on your own head. So I wouldn’t be so smug parading your satanic lies around like they are something to be proud of.

I’d seriously consider repenting if I were you before it is too late. God will not be mocked!

Jack D. sent this to me. His account was jacked and because I pointed out to him that we reap what we sow, this was his response.
I like to think he is a minority among Christians. I'm not asking anyone to pass judgement, I'm asking if most Christians behave in this manner.
