My friend has joined a "church".. but ALL SIGNS lead it being a cult, my friend is very naive, she thinks he has found jesus and is oblivious to what my friends and I think of this group she has joined. The majority of people i speak to think it's a cult and some have just said to leave her there because it makes her happy, but she has made a 180 degree flip in the last 2 weeks! she used to be into anachy and gothic sort of stuff and now she claims to live for jesus. this all doesnt happen over night, it doesnt sound right. opinions please?

i go to a charter school where you know i have to wear uniform and stay in school till july 15 and get out of school at 4:00 im from the hood black and all there was this girl lexus i was friends for two years she was very populer so i was very lucky than this friend snatching wench solonia came in the picture and the more lexus spend with solonia the more me and lexus friendship drifed away so i decided to spend some time withthis girl dyandra who was neardy one day i paired up wirth dyandra and as usural lexus paired up with solonia and me and we were talking about something we wearnt supose to and that wench solonia told lexus to tell on me and she did so at that point we were not friends anymore and 3 mounths later lexus told dyandra not to lisen to me because i told her a secret about lexus and she went and told lexus any way so after that i decided not to be her friend but she still thinks im her friend so now i fiends with tabatha but the problem is shes friends with solonia.

I found it interesting that the Pope announced that the Christian concept of Limbo no longer exists. I know some who have accepted Limbo as an actual reality from God, so how is it that Christians are now to believe a man decided limbo no longer exists?

No disrespect to you, but I am just curious. Why do MOST of the Mexican girls dye their hair blond, and some of them even bleach their skin to change their complexion?. Latinos girls are beautiful, and should stay tan and salsa!

how to believe in god ? when he is not seen, miracles are not seen - if god exists where does he stays ? he doesn't have brain how can he make judgements ?

Criss Angel and David copperfield are magicians and even if they fly how do they fly ? why we who are poor people cannot fly ? both magicians says they create illusions and its only magic - now whom to believe in criss angel/david copperfield (they fly, they walk on water...) or god (who is never seen - hidden everywhere, we just know him/her by name) ?

Dear friends, you always clam here that the bible was changed, can anybody give me when did that happen? before islam or after? and what is your profe?
If you would say before, then why did Quran asks you to refer to it when you are not certain about understanding something.

I am Muslim and I don't think it is required. It may be an Arab custom just like Rajput hindu women who still cover their face. in the contrary, there are rules in Islam that say women should not cover their face during hajj, an event where there is large gathering of men and women. Also, face should not be covered while praying daily five times prayer. In prophet's time women used to stand behind the rows of males and this proves that muslim women did'nt cover face during that time.

my oppinion, any church that is NOT orthodox (catholic, apostolic, and greek orthodox) has not the right to call themselves christian .. because they in one or another way change the bible and interpret it according to their needs .. and in the bible it clearly says that this is a BIG sin ! also, it clearly says that it is better for you to find a big stone, hand on your neck and drawn yourself into a sea than to be a sectant (sorry my english mistakes on this one, if any)

now i guess i'm gonna get a lot of "bad" ratings for this post, but i don't care .. i'm more than sure that i'm right !

Now let's count the "bad" and "good" ratings to see where the world goes ..

Am I supposed to give up my properties including my land, car & jewellery to my Mother-in-law after the wedding ?? She says tht's the custom in TamilNadu...all of the girl's property belongs to them...and not to her. I don't want to give it up...my hubby says he can't take any sides. I feel totally alone in the house...and donno what to do. Can anyone tell me wht this custom is and tell me wht to do with this situation ??
