Even though I am not a Muslim, I have studied and respect the faith. Mulsims, Are you angry that Extremist have made your faith look horrible? The true Islamic faith teaches, faith, peace, tolerance and respect for women. Why do you let these extremist, power hungry false prophets take over your faith?

A friend of mine from high school is getting married, and her bridal shower is in a week. I already planned to make her some jewelry for a gift, but I asked my mom if that was okay and she suggested that nowadays, bridal shower gifts should be for both the bride and groom. Is this true? It's hard for me to get a gift for the bride AND groom, since I have never met the groom, and after getting married in the states, they will be moving to London, so all gifts must be very small. I can't think of a lot of "couples" gifts that are small enough to pack on a plane.

Any advice?

that all major religions think every other one is bad. If u r not a muslim then u are wrong? If not christain then u r evil etc etc? What is it about religion that makes u think the only opinion that matters and is right is your own? what happened to following your beliefs but respecting others choice in theirs? How can following god or allah or whoever else be a good thing when it causes so much pain to others?

Would you agree, that if we were to go back 5 million years, to see that common ancestor, that to our naked eye, it would appear to you and I as a "monkey" like animal.

Would you also agree, that argueing about a monkey or an ape or a common ancestor, is pretty much a waste of time, espeically if the two people agree that the Origin of the Species was through the mechanism of Evolution and Natural Selection.

In other words, STFU with saying to another evolutionist - no it was a common ancestor.

Why is he so intersted in sorting us out?
What the hell does it matter?
He wants us to make our own choices, well hes not giving us much anything to go on is he?
Just a Bible a copy of a copy of a copy of a book no one for a fact knows the origin of... and thats it?
Why would a religion so obviously created to scare people into faith be so widely accepted?
It completely ignores any natural physical and scientific law.
Some even take the words of the bible litterally, what kind of ignorant KOOK do you have to be man?

I dont normally like to ruffle feathers in the nut house but sometimes I just get so frustrated with this stuff, like when you see a baby get baptized, its just terrible.

I am a recovering christian.

Not wishing to be racist or nasty. But where I live I see a lot of Muslim women in the full veil behind the wheel of a car, How can this be safe? The veil covers most of the face except a thin slit to see out of. If you use your hands to simulate where the veil sits you will find the amount of periperal vision you lose is frightening. Its like looking thru a very thin letter box. Surely it cant be safe to lose so much of your vision whilst driving.

If the best aspects of muslim theology and the best aspects of christian theology were joined together do you think it would create a religious belief that would be morally acceptable to both sides? In essences creating a sigular unified religious belief in God Almighty. (I think God would enjoy us all being on the same page for once.) What do you think?

The two who desire to switch must exchange lifelines. Astral projection (oobe) and witchcraft exp. are a plus. Your "will-power" to exp. this must be strong.
My shell is age 26 healthy, as well as handsome- I'm very open for exploration. Even though I'm happy, I'm quite detached, and in the mood to have some fun. If you're trully interested in considering it, please email me. There is far too much to the process for explaining it all here- I can explain it more in an email.
I'm quite excited about maybe meeting someone who shares a common interest, and who would consider attempting to manifest a switch with me.
Is there anyone out there who has enough interest to actually hit me up? Like I said before if your will to know and experience this is strong enough, and you're consciously advanced on a spiritual note- the possibilities are absolutely boundless. IM or email me.
Namaste and Blessed Be.

she is a gorgeous woman of varied ethnicity (part taiwanese, part Dominican Republic and part Irish!!!) and she is from a strong catholic background... i however am an atheist with several differant beliefs made from many sources.

She would love a catholic wedding as would her family and obviously i would have be baptised if i am to become catholic etc

i would do it for her but it would feel wrong, and im not sure if they would allow it if i dont believe in god?

Should i give her a dream wedding at the cost of my beliefs?
or
stick to my beliefs and make her have an ordinary wedding? (oh dear)

or try to pretend that im catholic until after the ceremony??

They all know I am a Christian, and even when I speak up they don't seem to care. I know that if I was of any other religion they would not say anything and would be respectful of what I believe. I have glared and said that i didn't like being compared to some of the things they are comparing Christians to. Why do people do this? And what else can I say to make them stop? Its not only rude at work but completely disrespectful.

We as christians believe the bible that it is Gods true inspired word, right. So if you believe the bible, you should believe that there was a great flood that, like the bible clearly teachess, covered the whole world, all the mountains, right. So ask any evolutionist and they will tell you that there was no flood, the reason, if there was a flood, then evolution couldnt have taken place. How then can you explain evolution if the flood destroyed everything, because evolution took place over millions of years.

Why do so many languages have the same sound for mother and father (momma/poppa) if these languages and cultures developped without ever coming into contact with each other? How did this happen? Did all languages start from one language? The bible says that at one point everyone on earth spoke one laguage. Is there any historical truth or evidence to back this up?
