Could you maybe try and articulate your point without being offensive to the people who don't share your religion, and how do I put this, hmm, take me for example, a man with a wife and a son, who needs to feed my son, and must use money - that has the word God on it. Could you make your point without infering that

I heard it was nailed to the cross,

But I did a page on all the Sabbath Days in the bible

And I could find,not one that says it changed the Sabbath

If so will you give me the bible verse.......

I did find some Marks of the Beast, what got along with no keeping the sabbath and God commandments, that scared me so I am trying to find the truth .

"Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me."

It says clearly to give up ALL your money, not 10%. This means that whatever you give to charity and what not is NOT enough in the eyes of god. And yes, Jesus was referring to greed and love of money, but if you are not willing to give up your fancy clothes or your car, you are committing the same sin as this man. There is no way around it. If you give up your car, you could learn to take the bus or walk.

Since people were uncomfortable giving me money, I am asking you to send all your money to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, The Children’s Miracle Network, or some other form of charity. All you have to do is prove with legal papers that you have followed Jesus’ word. And no, you’re not proving anything to “me” by doing this.

What if the money said the flying spaghetti monster, like "In the Flying Spaghetti Monster we trust".

Yeah just pretend Jim Darwin takes over America and puts that on money. Would you use the money, to buy food, or would you say no I can't spend that money there is no such thing as a flying spaghetti monster and I can't use that money its against my principle.

Also, when someone says that - the thing about why do Atheists use money that has the word God on it, is it really evidence of a mind that committed intellectual suicide last decade or the decade before that?

i started this class last week. and i am having a hell of a time. i havd only 2 years of formal teaching to aid me (thoes years were first and 2nd grade and i am in college now) i amso have my father but he usualy cant hel till the weekend. so how should i go about this course. how am i sapous to do the assingnments when i dont know what it says. there are also some word that i cant find in 3ther 2 of mu dictionaries that are in the work book. so what can you advise this confused and un intelagent 20 year old?
