time. I want to know the difference between the present and the present perfect. And, as far as I know there is no tense in English that occurs at an unspecified time. If you can answer that then there maybe 20 points for you as you can answer my previous question as well.

I am not writing the book on funny answers to grammar questions (yet). If you don't know the meaning of the present or present perfect tense of the verb then all you will get is a laugh and no points.
