I do not mean to offend anyone, but why to black woman constantly have children out of wedlock?

Why can't they just get married first before having children? I know that white people do this as well, but it happens in tremendous numbers in the black population.

i am a blackman and i dont mind answering this question. it's not just black woman it's mostly young urban females of all different colors.and not because they was raised that way but most of the time its older men who pray on the younger women and promis them things and have them so blind in their head. next thing you know the young lady is a single mother. most urban women father isnt around and that makes it so easy for the older guy to get the younger girl. it's not a black or white thing this happens all over the world. i'm not trying to offend you but your question should have been. why do men constantly trick women into haveing sex and leave them to be a single mother.

Follow the money.

Our current system rewards women for having children out of wedlock, and the rewards are even greater when the children have different fathers. In an era of discrimination, where minorities find trouble finding good jobs, this is a legitimate means of support. As discrimination disappears, minority leaders, looking for a way to maintain their power base, encourage this kind of behavior in order to keep their followers from getting too rich and too smart.

Eventually, you will find that all politicians create such policies to broaden their political base. You will also find that most "welfare moms" tend to vote for a specific kind of candidate. This is by design.

The only way to eliminate this is two fold. First, criticize those who would say that the welfare state is part of their culture and the fault of society. Second is to stop rewarding this kind of behavior. There are many ways to reform welfare that will not reward immoral behavior while not punishing those who are less fortunate. Unfortunately, none of these options will gain votes for politicians, so they are not implemented.

Remember, whenever you have to ask "why" for a situation that makes little sense, always follow the money. It will lead you to the answer.

Why would anyone insist that their way (marriage) is the 'right' way?
- I personally do not agree with the concept that women are 'property' to be given by the original owner, the father, in marriage to the new owner, the husband. I prefer an arrangement where we are both equal and respectful of each other's 'human' rights.
- Now this many not be every woman's answer to why they don't marry, children or no, whether that woman is black, white, red, yellow or brown. But it's my answer.

Black women are not the only women who have children out of wedlock. Statistically, maybe black women have a higher rate of children outside marriage, but you should look at statistics that could possibly cause that also, like class, income, etc.
