If the Pope reads a medieval manuscript that says Islam is all about violence.

Then the Muslims threaten to blow up churches and kill because of this.

According to a new documentery called "Rape of the Soul" it's not the priests fault that they molest little boys, it's the Satanic "subliminal images" in the Church's artwork that caused them to do it. Way to go, guys. Keep on passing the buck.

We all know our history. We all know what happened to us and we know it was horrible.
But, I believe our ancestors and the civil rights leaders of the 60s would be ashamed of what some of us within our community do and let happen everyday. They worked hard so their children and grandchildren can have an equal place in the world, and some of us do too, however most DON"T!
Why the apathy? the blame game? If you don't care for yourself, no one else will!!
I understand that the cycle of poverty is hard to break, but how can we expect to move up if we don't try and instead kill our brother for some drugs?
I admit that I will get defensive when a white person points it to me, but that's because we usually don't like people telling us what's wrong in our home.
I for one, think it is condescending and an insult if someone said to me " Well I'm going to let you work here because you're black although you might not be as smart as me or work as hard as I do"
What can we do to help?

I just ordered this book. Amazon has nothing but good reviews of it and I've read some of Robert Spencer's stuff before and usually he's good. Does anyone whose read the book have any thoughts on it?

Why Do many people here carry that hatred towards islam & muslims.
Islam means > PEACE

i'm muslim,& it's the only thing i'm SO proud of,my God is your God ,& the God of jesus > mentioned in Qura'an

islam cares about people's mental & physical health,people's relationships,life & orders us to spread peace everywhere

we aren't terrorists,we're just defending our people,our counries.
it's just your media that gives a bad idea about islam

1. Alcoholics & pigs are not allowed (ONLY in islam)
cuz they are harmful ! &you people know it ! it's proven by health professionals!

2. Comitting suicide oer killin some1 for no reason,is a great sin,(here in the U.S ,frankly,no 1respects others' lives! taking somebodies life for a couple of dollars is as simple as breathin')!

Jesus is called the lamb of God-John chapter 1

JEWISH AND MUSLIM AND ALL--Moses Thus saith the Lord, the life of the flesh is in the blood and i have given it to make atonement for your sins.

some claim other sacrifices works-but all the people of Israel had the high priest offer the lamb blood sacrifice once a year to atone for their sins--today either G-d lied and left us with no blood sacrifice-or its --???
